Your rating was saved, but it may take a while for it to show up on the site. This is the default behavior of SharePoint 2010 and is not controlled or influenced by the Productivity Hub. By default, SharePoint 2010 calculates posted ratings once every hour. Ratings submitted for content will become visible once SharePoint 2010 performs its scheduled ratings calculation.
